BetterManager is pleased to offer various executive coaching programs to serve all levels of managers at Hover. Based on research from Google Project Oxygen and the Gallup Organization, our experienced coaches partner with you to refine skills and align them with the best practices of other effective and inspiring managers in order to build a positive company culture.

How it works

• BetterManager Directed Coaching means our coaches bring their experience, education, wisdom and talents to the coaching relationship. You, as the client, benefit from their extensive business background.
• Throughout the coaching relationship, your coach will share content on subjects discussed and of interest. You can then share this information with your team and colleagues.
• You can text or email your coach in-between sessions for support or questions.
• Our coaches work remotely with clients from all over the world. Sessions are arranged according to your needs.
• Coaching starts with a 20 to 30-minute “Meet & Greet” between you and your coach.  This gives you an opportunity to meet and ask questions.  Appointments for upcoming coaching sessions are made on this call.  If there is not a good connection between you and your coach, please send an email to BetterManager COO, Wendy Hanson, and we will assign a new coach.,
• After the “Meet and Greet”, the MAP 360º Survey is then launched (you provide us with the names and email addresses of your team members, peers, and manager), which enables you and your coach to define goals for the next 3 months.
• One-on-One coaching sessions via ZOOM video will give you time to reflect and debrief. The basic package includes (6) coaching sessions scheduled approximately every two weeks.
• During the final session, you can elect to have another 360º survey done or elect to complete a self-survey only at this time.   You and your coach will review the results during this final session, marking the progress made during the coaching engagement.
